Omega Nutrition's Pumpkin Protein Powder

Did I say I love pumpkins!?
Omega Nutrition has a super fabulous product:
Pumpkin Protein Powder

There are so many things I would suggest you do with it:

1. Make a power smoothie: pumpkin, pumpkin pro powder, coconut milk, almond butter, cinnamon and cloves

2. Hot breakfast cereal: mix eggs, pumpkin, pumpkin pro powder, flax seeds, cinnamon and almond meal on the stove.

3. Chocolate/Pumpkin Brownie-Cake: 
Mix all together:
-1 cup mixed Almond and coconut flour
-2 eggs, 1 cup pumpkin
-1/2 cup carob chips
-1/3 cup cocoa powder
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp of each spice: cloves, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon
Bake at 350 for 50min.

...and when I want more, their pumpkin seed butter is to die for. Mixed with a little maple syrup and cloves/cinnamon mixed in a little bowl with a fig, its the best dessert. Omega also make a Pumpkin seed oil and Apple Cider vinegar. Mixing those two as a dressing salad dressing makes a great variation to anything you have savored. You have to try it!
